My grandma had to go to this facility after her hospital stay. The staff were all helpful, friendly, and treated her well. The place is clean and smells really nice.Thank you for taking such great care of my grandma. It means so much to our family!

Visited here for work a couple of times and I would put my loved ones here. That means a lot from someone who has worked in healthcare. Staff was so nice and management was even nicer.

Was a better place when it was good samaritan. Ever since cascadia took over the cleanliness of the building has gone down the floors are always filthy and the walls a filthy of unknown substances on all halls.

Horrible facility. Not recommended by any means! Our loved one was left with no help waited 2 hours then fell onto the floor was left 30min before help arrived after the fall. 2 doors down a gentleman was on the floor as we walked by. He had called for help after his fall said he'd been there 40min. The nurse said she was aware leave him. He then informed me he had fallen the previous day...He had to call the fire dept.After speaking with the nurse she informed us he had behavioral issues. He had dried blood all over his clothing. I said call the fire dept again! We will be filing a formal complaint with DSHS. DO NOT TAKE ANYONE YOU LOVE TO THIS FACILITY! Take them home better off. The staff are not nice either. The place is a real life horror movie! Understaffed and underpaid. To many patients!!

After a significantly debilitating stroke, two weeks at SHMC and 2 stays at St Luke’s, my Mother has been here at Cascadia for 5 months and is very happy with the care & help she’s receiving & our family is as well. If something is not working well or is unsatisfactory, at ANY time, the issue is addressed immediately & remediated. Changing living arrangements is very difficult for people & no one is a mind reader for your needs but Cascadia staff make EVERY effort to meet you medically & physically right where you are & help improvement happen daily. Their staff is professional, caring & invested in your loved one - from laundry to nursing to Admin staff. The cleanliness is top notch. Could the food be a bit better? Yes - but they’re working on it & hear you when your needs are specific to diet etc. We would all make this choice again.
